School Visits Programme - Supported by The Big Lottery Fund.

We visit over 80 Glasgow schools each year as a result of a successful partnership formed with Glasgow City Council. The programme involves Rangers professional coaching team delivering a ten-week coaching programme to fifteen children in each school.

The classes, which are delivered during curriculum time and after school, are for young people who have become involved in or have demonstrated signs of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour, crime, truancy or those who simply need motivation to produce a higher level of academic performance.

The incentive based programme, which involves coaching sessions, match visits, meeting Rangers players, festivals, fun days and tours of Ibrox will help teach young people to lead more active and healthy lifestyles.

Host a Rangers Football Centre within your school

Each Football Centre is tailored to the needs of your school and is available for pre-school, primary, secondary and special needs pupils. All participants receive a fun and active coaching session designed to develop their football and physical attributes. Each participant will also receive a Rangers Certificate of attendance on completion of course.

Cost - £2.50 per child/session (min of 12 required, max no.s dependant on capacity).

Simply pay for the expert time of a Rangers coach (£20 per hour) and we can organise any of the above activities to suit your needs.

In-Service Days For School Staff

We are able to deliver tailored In-Service sessions for school staff covering general coaching practice and specific football practices suitable for pupils of all ages and abilities. Ideal for a staff away day or a team bonding session.

School Trips

Rangers FITC offer the perfect school outing at any time during the academic year.
Pupils will receive a morning of coaching and fun games followed by lunch and an extensive tour of the famous Ibrox Stadium.

The trip combines an educational visit with fun activities and input on leading a healthy lifestyle. The day is great value at only £10 per pupil for a minimum of 30 and maximum of 50 children including 4 free staff places.
