FOLLOWING a hugely successful convention in Naples Florida, the NARSA convention is moving on to Cowboy Country in beautiful Alberta, Canada home to the amazing Rocky Mountains.

The dates are June 5th-June 8th and the host club for the upcoming event is the Calgary Rangers Supporters Club.

NARSA past president John Miller said: "Once again we are putting together another fantastic three days of true Rangers bliss in the fastest growing city in Canada. This is one place where you will not The convention takes place in the shadow of the Rocky Mountainsget bored; there is something for everyone to do.

"The Convention will kick off on Thursday June 5th at the fantastic Westin Hotel in Calgary. We will have a typical pub setting in the "Bears Den" to enjoy good pub grub and some great refreshing beverages.

"At 8pm we will have the official opening of the NARSA convention in the main Banquet Rooms, where we will start out with some great music, followed by a Q&A session with past and present Rangers FC personnel. This will be hosted by Andy Cameron who will also do his stand up routine.

"Friday morning will see the avid golfers set off to play in a top class golf resort in beautiful Canmore, which is 45 minutes from the Hotel, and is situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

"Friday Night will be the traditional Tom Plunkett Memorial night, which will see the usual traditional music. This will start at 8.00PM in the main Banquet Hall and will finish around 1.00PM.

"Saturday Morning will see the NARSA AGM being held at 10.00AM in the Banquet Hall, this will be followed by a Q&A with the official RFC party.

"Saturday Evening will feature the Grand Banquet, commencing at 6.30 PM (cocktails) with Dinner being served at 7.30 PM sharp. The Menu will feature the world renowned "Alberta Beef". The Banquet will be chaired by Mr Andy Cameron. The dinner will be followed with live music and dancing into the "wee hours" dress code is semi formal.

"Sunday will bring some "sore heads" and a farewell bash to be hosted by The Calgary Rangers supporters Club."
