Youth Development
Rangers Football Club is committed to developing the best young talent in the country, and beyond, and operates a unique youth development model, which protects and nurtures the football stars of tomorrow.
A separate youth development company was created by the Club is 2004 and that unit has set about expanding the Club's youth scouting network, both in Scotland and across Europe, bringing promising young talent from all over the world to Glasgow.

rst team coming from youth development in the long-term and the new programme is already reaping benefits. Youngsters such as Chris Burke, Alan Hutton, Hamed Namouchi and Ross McCormack have made the breakthrough into the first team and a record number of young Rangers recruits have been selected to play for Scotland's Under-15s this season.
