TOM FORSYTH

FORMED a rock-like defence with Colin Jackson and was given the nickname "Jaws" by sportswriter Allan Herron for his style of play and ferocious tackling. Started as a midfield player and famously scored his first goal from six inches when he grab
bed the winner in the 1973 Cup Final.He was bought from Motherwell in October 1972 and was converted from a midfielder to a powerful centre half by Jock Wallace.
A regular Scotland internationalist, Forsyth eventually retired in 1982 and coached at Dunfermline and Motherwell.
Now working as a Matchday Host at Ibrox most weekends.
