COMPETITION for places in the striking department at Rangers meant that the Slovakian went out on a season-long loan to Valenciennes in August.
The arrival of Daniel Cousin and Jean-Claude Darcheville limited his chances and the French side have an option to sign Sebo full time at the end of this season.
Paul Le Guen brought Sebo to Rangers in August of 2006 from
Austria Vienna.
He moved on from there to neighbours Artmedia for whom he scored 22 goals in 33 games in season 2004/05.
That alerted several clubs and the striker was transferred to Vienna for around £400,000 in the summer of 2005.
He played 32 times scoring five goals for the Austrian side in season 2005/06 helping them to a league and cup double before completing what he called a "dream move" to Rangers.
Goals were hard to come by for the affable striker in his first season at Ibrox but he become a cult figure with some fans due to his tireless workrate and commitment whenever he pulled on a Light Blue jersey.
However, it became clear that he was not going to figure in Walter Smith's plans and he made the move to France in aigist of 2007.
